PRIMER - Part A is a medium viscosity epoxy resin specially modified to provide good adhesion to concrete surfaces for epoxy mortars. This resin in combination with hardener PRIMER – Part B will enable the epoxy mortar to adhere tenaciously to all concrete surfaces even in a very damp condition.
Basically as a priner for epoxy mortar to ensure a good bond between the concrete and the epoxy mortar.

About 30 minutes @ 30 C for a 100gm mix.
Treat all surfaces to be bonded by abrading, grinding, wire brushing or grit blasting. Apply the mixed PRIMER – by means of paint brush and brush all surfaces to be bonded with epoxy mortar. As soon as the primer is brushed on, the mortar should be applied immediately or apply within 1 – 1.5 hours at 30 C. Do not wait until the primer is cured. At higher temperature the cure time is shorter.
